Clarksville IN wildlife control tip of the month:

If you suggest professional help (for the rat poop not for my head) is there an estimated range you think would be a fair price? We are pretty short on funds, should I avoid junk removal people (assuming they may just haphazardly haul everything out and call it good)? Should I try and v convince the CDC to do a training exercise for cleaning and sanitizing a home using my home as test house lol? Please, any help would be awesome....... Thank you for your time and anything you could suggest!

My response: I personally wouldn't worry much about a few mouse droppings. They dry out and become harmless with just a little Clarksville IN animal control time. I have cleaned well over 1000 attics that contain rodent feces. I wear a Tyvek suit, latex cloves, a HEPA respirator mask, and I remove the feces by hand, plus the soiled insulation, and bag it in plastic bags. I then fog the attic with a special cleaner called Bac-Azap, which helps decontaminate. I use a fogger / atomizer, which costs $200 from wildlifecontrolsupplies.com You could try fogging your attic, if you want.

Thanks for the reply! Do you think that if I let the feces sit for an amount of time, that it would be okay to use a shop vacuum and broom, assuming Clarksville IN pest control that any nasty things in the feces would be dead after a few days?

I think that would be fine. I'm not a super Clarksville IN pest control expert, but I do know that I've cleaned wildlife feces of every type of out over a thousand attics, and never encountered any types of health problems myself, nor have any of the homeowners, that I know of.

Hi David and crew, I recently purchased a home in Davenport FL and I believe I may have a raccoon living in my attic. The house sat vacant for a few month before I purchased it. There's a very strong urine smell in the garage. People have told me it's cat urine/spray but I can't imagine how a cat got into the garage. In my Clarksville IN wildlife removal opinion it smells a little different from cat. The garage is where the attic access panel is located. Actually, I think the whole house smells like animal but my husband would likely tell me that's probably my imagination because I think there is an Clarksville IN wildlife removal animal in the attic. He is currently at our home in Clarksville so he has no idea what I am dealing with. In any event, he's a city guy and he doesn't have a clue about wild animals. On my second day here (last week) I noticed the screening on the Clarksville IN animal trapping pool enclosure looked like an animal with claws had attempted to rip it. Looked pretty similar to the raccoon screen damage I see at my rural ND farmstead. The following day the screen was ripped to the point where an animal could crawl into the pool enclosure. I Clarksville IN animal trapping found animal poop on the steps of the pool. The pool guy explained to me how raccoons poop in pools. I also saw a big large worm in my pool. It might have come from the raccoon poop, not sure about that one. That same day my neighbor told me he heard a lot Clarksville IN exterminator of noise coming from inside my roof a couple weeks ago. He thought it was raccoons fighting.

I was referred to a pest control person by the woman that I am going to be hiring as my property manager. Bruce, this pest Clarksville IN exterminator control person, is an older gentleman that takes care of the spraying properties for bugs.
